User Generated Content
From time to time, the Sites allow the submission of content, such as comments, blogs, and product reviews, generated by you and other users (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting it. Any User Content or other material, information or ideas that you submit, post or post on the Sites is not confidential or proprietary. By submitting User Content to Clicksell Store Group, you grant Clicksell Store Group a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (across multiple levels), and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, modify, translate, reformat, prepare derivative works based on, publicly display, publicly perform and exploit (including, but not limited to, via the Internet, television broadcasts or any other use or medium) your User Content, in whole or in part, including future rights that Clicksell Store Group (or its successor) may be entitled to that does not yet exist, as well as to new uses, means, and forms of exploitation throughout the universe that exploit current or future technology that has not yet been developed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You also waive your moral rights to User Content and hereby grant each user of the Sites a non-exclusive license to access your User Content through the Sites and to use, access, view, reproduce, distribute, transmit, forward, display and perform such User Content in whole or in part, to the extent permitted by the Sites under these Terms of Use. Clicksell Store Group does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein. Clicksell Store Group reserves the right but is not obligated to monitor the content of the user or other content submitted to or through the Sites. Clicksell Store Group has the right to reject, remove or remove any User Content and/or terminate any user’s access to the Sites if Clicksell Store Group determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that such User Content or the user violates or has violated these Terms of Use. The receipt of an order number or an order confirmation by e-mail does not constitute the acceptance of an order or the confirmation of an offer to sell.
